They cleaned up the site when completed. Explained things as he did the job. Great quality patio doors and took away all the old doors and supplies. Took off the trim like we asked and sealed it up till we are able to put the new stuff up. Even fixed a patch (caulking) in our other door that was installed by them last year without any hesitation, it just got missed as we had no deck there at the time and now we do, therefore you could see it.
