We are super pleased with the service and work performed by the technicians. They provided honest inspection and details to what they were doing. We were previously scammed by another air condioning company because they installed a used part when we paid for a new part. Asked for an air conditioner inspection to determine why it was not working. Did not perform any tests and claimed that it needed new coil and refrigerant to be replaced. Wanted to charge me $450 for coil and $300 for puron and said that it could not be covered under warranty b/c there was no maintenance done on it. Called manufacturer and determined that it was covered. If they remove the coil and realize that it's something else that caused the issue, they will still charge for part and charge additional fees to fix any other problems that may come up. Very sketchy technicians. Advice: make sure you follow the technician to see what they are doing and ask lots of questions. Make sure that they conduct all the tests necessary to make the diagnosis.
