Our 1941 bungalow was in a little need of TLC with windows and siding. We went to the Vancouver Home Show where we talked to several firms and had three come out. Tony with Networx was one of the guys we selected, as he was knowledgeable at the show and down to earth. As we went over what we wanted done, we found that Tony listened to us and didnt try to jam us down a path that was easy for him, like some of the other companies. We had an older home and wanted to keep some of the charm from that era. In the end we thought his price was reasonable and we contracted to replace all our siding, trim, and windows. They were busy and the project started a little later than expected, but that worked for us. The crew assigned was Dan and Mike. I must say two very dedicated workers with attention to detail that was amazing. Dan provided insight in several areas and changes were made, which we were happy with. Both did a great job keeping the site clean daily and, in the end, we finished within the timeframe anticipated. Our house looks great with the new siding, trim and windows, and we are so happy with the quality of work and materials. I recommend Tony and the Networx team, you wont be disappointed.

We purchased our home a few years back and at the time the paint looked good. However it did not take long to see the issues develop and we decided to spruce things up. Our number one priority was to find a painting company who could deal with a 72 year old siding and the paint that had been put on it throughout the years. We knew the job would be challenging and after meeting Joseph we felt Prorise Painting was up to te challenge. We were not disappointed with our selection, the old paint as expected was stubborn. Joseph and his team rose to the challenge and figured a way to get the new paint to stay on the house over the lead paint. They did a great job and we are very happy with the result
