I had 18 windows replaced in my house last summer and Fersina did an amazing job, completing the installation in just two days. The windows look great and are very easy to clean. It was a pleasure to deal with the rep who came to do the initial quote. He presented a number of options for replacing one odd size window and I'm glad I went with his recommendation. Their quote was very competitive and the fact that they make their own windows sold the deal for me. After the first winter, one pane had a pressure crack which is apparently quite common. There was no question about replacing it. I'm very satisfied with the quality of Fersina's windows and the professionalism of their sales and installation teams.

Another fantastic job by Mike, Aldo and crew. After a water leak, Mike replaced my kitchen ceiling and installed potlights, put crown moulding in two rooms, oak-capped my basement stairs and did some other small jobs. Mike had redone my basement in 2009 and I didn't hesitate to contact him again for the upstairs work. His pricing is very competitive and accurate. It's always enjoyable working with Mike - not only do you get an excellent contractor, he's got a great sense of humour too!

After comparing several contractors, I chose Sonoma Contracting, largely based on their Homestars reviews, and I’m pleased to say that Mike, Aldo and the rest of the crew are definitely a 10 out of 10. On-time and on-budget, they transformed a “do-it-yourself handyman” constructed basement rec room and bathroom into bright, modern works of art. Their craftsmanship is first-rate and the two rooms are better than I ever thought they could be. They also did a great job installing crown moulding in two upstairs rooms. The team keeps working until the job is done, and I felt totally comfortable giving them a key to the house. Mike has a winning attitude, is extremely personable and was very responsive to all of my questions, even while I was emailing him late at night. He also spent the most time with me, out of all the people I had look at the basement, in discussing options, taking notes and ultimately delivering a completely accurate quote. I’m already thinking up other projects for Sonoma to do and won’t look anywhere else when it comes time to do the rest of the basement.
