We needed to move an existing electrical plug in order to meet the specifications of a new built-in fridge. Jeff was professional, expert in the trade, and reliable. I wasn't sure if he handled small requests like this, but he provided availability within 3 days. His cost estimate was precise, and his work was solid. What I liked about Jeff was that he didn't make a simple request/ job complicated, which can often happen with home renovations & contractors.

In July 2013, our basement had a major flood. We didn't know where to begin, and most flood experts were bombarded with requests and not even returning calls. Mead, Duncan and Colleen at Dry-It were just so amazing....real people who were trying to help people & homes in crisis. We didn't use Dry-It for the immediate clean-up (as another contractor was available sooner) but they were the most responsive and consistent. We called Dry-It at least 3-4 times just to seek advice on how to handle the immediate water in the basement; what to do with testing electrical appliances; and duct cleaning. Every time I called, Colleen was patient, didn't rush the conversation, and always followed-up with an answer or call back to us, as she had committed to -- she helped us get through the stress & questions, regardless of whether we decided to hire them or not. In the end, we used Dry-It for duct-cleaning after the flood and they arrived on time, were extremely professional and provided consistent customer service through the entire cycle.
