Very accurate explanation of various aspects and work and cost estimates by owner/ manager Numo. Excellent service by Technician Jeff and Nestor. Arrived on time, explained the whole process and completed their work in the most efficient way. They don't try to sell any extra service or they don't scare you off with wrong information. Jeff checked our dryer and kitchen exhaust fan and outlets and explained us that they are in great shape no need to spend extra money. No surprises. When they claim they care for their customers, they are serious about it.

Roofing and insulation was done in 2018, we have minor problem with eavestrough, animal entering in the atique. Tony and JJ were prompt and very professional in resolving the issue. Also Excellent Snow Plowing Service even during our absence.

Last winter we hired WOW Roofing for snow blowing, we were away on vacation most of the time. They did excellent job. May 2018 we hired them to Fix Water Damage-Replace Shingles-Insulation. Their price at first looked very high but Tony explained the whole process how they will do the job and we were happy to trust him and go with him. We are extremely happy that we hired Tony and his team. JJ and his crew go out of way to make sure job is done right. It took much longer than expected and lot more insulation material than planned for. They did not stop. They show some damage on eves drop they fixed it . They were always ready to help and complete job in most professional way.. Attached pictures speaks for their great efforts. Old Bay Window was in bad shape and very old design and odd size, Ibrahim and Mike offered me best suggestions and very competitive price. Job was completed in time and to our satisfaction. It is a Triple Glass Window excellent quality.
