We required extensive work to deal with drainage issues and to make our backyard into a usable space. Our yard was tired-looking and generally sloped toward the house; the driveway had begun to subside in areas, creating ice issues. Al answered the phone himself, made the appointment for a consultation and showed when he said he would. We had extensive planning sessions and Al contributed ideas to solve our problems that we had not considered. When it came time to start the work, his team showed up on time and they worked until the task was through. We made some changes during the construction phase, as you do when the project begins to take shape. No problems. His team is courteous, friendly and trustworthy. It was the same team every day and they worked until the job was done. There were no days where I was left wondering if the contractor was going to show up. They were here everyday, until the project was complete. Al checked up regularly during the project and has followed up with us twice since it was completed. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the final product is better than we had hoped. We have used our backyard at just about every opportunity since it was finished. I would (and have) recommended Almac to our friends (that is how we learned about them). This was a very positive experience for us and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
