Couple of weeks back my garage door wouldn't open. I thought the spring had broken, as this happened in my previous house. Also, i didn't have a garage door opener and my wanted one. I called around for quotes for the repair and installation. Chris from Easy Access was one of the respondents and his price was competitive and he offered Lift Master garage door opener with belt driven and with good warranty. He was prompt in comming to service, when he came and inspected the garage door, he said the door didn't open not because of the spring, some lever had jammed. He said i didn't have to replace the springs, call him when the spring broke and he will still honour the price. Since i had been in the house for 17 years and the spring was never replaced and as he was there i asked him to go ahead anyways. He really did a perfect job, i was watching and he took rhe time and trouble to ensure the job was perfect. With the garage door opener my Homelink, didn't work and he walked me through the proceess to get a Repeater kit from Homelink . He told me he would come and install it when i received it and make sure that the Homelink in my car will work. The service Chris offered is excellent, very prompt and professional.
