When I first purchased my home 3 years ago the builder (Hallstone Homes also known as Clairtrell Mews Inc) was very enthusiastic about the project. He promised to deliver a high quality home. 3 years later the townhouse was finally built. They used questionable labourers which resulted in low-quality construction quality. My stair case is wobbly after 1 month of use! Once I moved in the customer service fell off the map. Two superintendents got fired and now I have no idea who the next superintendent is. I have phoned the headoffice as well as sent e-mails but have been repeatedly ignore. Tarion couldn't believe that there were over 60 items still outstanding from the 30 day warranty form! Anyway, I learned the hard way - never buy from a non-reputable builder!
