Had a bee/wasp issue in my wall right beside main entrance. Called Pesticon, received a fast same day service. Khayyam came out to take care of it quickly, professionally and answered all my questions. Great company to deal with and will use again if needed.

After more house renovations, we decided to have the ducts cleaned again. We called “The Duct Cleaning Specialists”, the same company we used last time. From the last contact/visit from them I remembered being very impressed with the professional yet friendly attitude. When I called, athey had me on file and I was asked multiple question to confirm about my place (how many floors, vents…etc.). So I made an appointment for an early November visit. Prior to the appointment day, I received an email from Paul (the owner), reminding me that they are coming the next day to perform the service. Next day the crew came on time. Again, very nice to see. After they arrived they inspected all ducts for cleanliness and even used borescope to inspect and make sure that there were no breaks / separations of duct in the system. They provided a detailed explanation of what they found, and to my surprise they said my ducts were clean and intact, and do not need re-cleaning. This was due to our use of air filter on the return air system during the renovations. Upon my request they sprayed disinfectant into the system and completed their visit. Paul (the owner) called later that day to confirm my satisfaction, and I thanked him for an excellent job. What I really liked and appreciated and I mentioned this to Paul was that the 2 gentlemen that came were being honest on what needed to be done, and not trying to sell me services I did not need. On a purchase of our new to us house (30 year old house) I was looking to have the ducts cleaned. On recommendation I called “The Duct Cleaning Specialists”, and from the first contact I was very impressed with the professional yet friendly attitude. Made an appointment for few week ahead. They asked multiple question about my place (how many floors, vents…etc.), and made it very simple to understand. They inspected everything, provided a detailed explanation of what they will do, and went to work. Paul also stated that the ducts looked as if they were cleaned prior to this visit, but only the easy parts/runs. He spent the extra time to get into the difficult ones/runs to make sure all was cleaned properly. Once they were finished the duct cleaning, they put everything back and fully cleaned up after them self’s. Friendly attitude and professional demeanor. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future. As a side note, they even shoveled the snow in the driveway so they could get in. Without complaining :-) Olympia

Marco was referred to me by my Agent. We scheduled the inspection date and time. On inspection day I was very impressed by Marco showing up early for our appointment. While being very professional and personable, he was also methodical with his inspection, covering everything and explaining every question I had in plain terms during the inspection. His expertise and dedication to his work, while going above and beyond of what is expected is exemplary. Marco's pleasantness made me feel very comfortable, and I highly recommend Marco to anyone.
