Purchased range hood from Richmond Hill Location and picked up the following week. Our Sales Rep was not in, so another rep assist us with the package. He helped bring it in to our car. Picked up box himself without asking for help, quite a big item. Dropped it on the ground. Asked if it needed to be inspected but rudely commented, "its still in the box, its fine" proceeded without saying sorry or would you like to check it. Placed it in my car and went back in without anything. 2nd time around with poor closing sales experience. Bought sub-zero refrigerator and experienced similar poor service after business was closed.
