I had Brent do the inspection and also help me fill out the 30 day warranty form for the new house I purchased in Milton. Brent inspected interior and exterior thoroughly. He told me defects on places that I didn't even know to check. Most important, Brent is extremely patient and explains everything using the terms and language that me and my husband can understand. With the house still under warranty plus Brent's help, I can now make sure my house will be in a much better shape after all the defects are fixed by the builder. I would recommend Brent to anyone, especially those who purchased a new house because new houses, in my opinion, should be inspected so that problems can be fixed within a year while there's a warranty.

My husband and I have picky ears so that we always very carefully select the stereo/speakers we purchase. Darrin, the salesperson, was very patient explaining the difference b/w systems and never pushy. Despite that he was fairly new to the team, he was doing a very good job - even when we ask something that the he may not know, he wouldn't just throw us a BS answer. Instead, he would find out the answer for us by other means. Most important of all, we were able to listen to each different speakers and compare them before making the decision. Now, me and my husband watched one movie together after work using the system we purchased from the store. Kudos to Darrin! There is some service to plan the room but my new room is not ready. I expect to receive the excellent service when I come back to do some room planning.

Margarida helped me select all the items at the builder's decor centre. In order to make the best selection that suits my life style, she first spent time with me understanding what I like and don't like. She paid attention to the details, which no one else notices. Margarida was also great at working with a budget. Margarida made smart suggestions at the decor centre and we did it within budget! I would recommend Chic Decor to anyone! Thanks Margarida!
