My home flooded in August 2005 this company had done my kitchen 2 years earlier. I was so pleased with their work, I was able to convince my insurance to allow to me to hire them again! They did a super job on restructuring and remodeling my basement. They are also very very trustworthy to leave your keys with.

This company lacks ALL aspects of customer service. From interactions to follow ups! The quality of workmanship is awful. Our vehicle even SANK causing a ditch in our driveway! It’s one thing for the price, but ALL of the hardship, quality and disgust was not worth the price. I would definitely advise DO NOT utilize their services cause you’ll get NOTHING and no QUALITY!!!!!!!!!!! SAY FAR AWAY, unless you want to be in court all the time.

We had this chair in the living room, which the cats (three) loved to sharpen their claws. We decided to recover it. The job was excellent, but we were surprised that the price was more than quoted. This we were told was due to unforeseen problem The spring need more work and scotched guard was extra - the price quoted was basic.

We love our new kitchen. The design is wonderful. The service was great, the workmanship was good and I would use them again.

I moved into a very shabby outdated 1600 ft. condo. Span-Co completely renovated according to my purposes. They worked every day (except weekends) and finished on time and budget. A few extras that I wanted were added for a reasonable price. Hardwood floors, marble hall - completely renovated bathrooms, crown moulding, baseboard, repainted, shutters etc.

Kitchen consultant was very helpful Gave great ideas and recommendations, provided plans and costs. Project and deliveries were completed on time and on schedule.

Great roofer. Done the old fashioned way. Took old roof off, two layers and put on new one. Great price. Highly recommended
