I waited 3 months for Impressive to make things right but refuses to call me, therefore I feel it is warranted that his practices be know. I paid 7k to Impressive for work on my home. This included a water tank, air conditioner and a air exchanger. All was good until he received my cheque. Then Impressive misplaced my old tank when returning it to Direct Energy.....which I kept being billed by Direct Energy. Promised to send me a cheque for over billing from Direct Energy but never did. Tried to pass another tank in my name with a different serial# and model but failed. Cut me off his email. Refused to call me back when promised. Impressive also laughed at me when I told him I would call the police for trying to pass the other water tank. Most important, Impressive refuses as of today to give me any detailed paper work with warranty. I also got the feeling during initial conversation that if I need any service for the products...he may not show up. bob
