After much research and getting 3 quotes from 3 reputable companies, (there was a fourth but they never quoted), I decided to go with The Deck Guys to build my new deck and, boy am I glad I did!! James and his crew came through with flying colours!! Not only did James show up right on time, so did his crew, Jim and John. James also had the best price out of all 3 companies that quoted and, not only that, but he used better quality materials and the deck is secured with helical piles. I had an extremely tight deadline as I was leaving on vacation and my existing deck was literally falling over. Jim and John arrived on time every morning and worked in the sun and in the rain! and ensured my deck was built on time. No detail was too small and it was evident that Jim and John were perfectionists!! I now have a brand new, composite deck that is absolutely stunning and summer ready. I would highly recommend James, Jim and John for your next deck project; you won't be disappointed!!

Third time we had a sewer back-up in our basement over several years. We kept snaking the drain but Serhiy had warned us that the sewer pipe needed replacement (we initially chose to ignore him, to our peril). Serhiy and his team came when he said they would come. They completed the job the same day. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies and, having used Tornado Plumbing in the past, we were very pleased to once again have prompt, efficient service with a great price. Serhiy and his team know what they're doing. They're experienced, prompt and well priced. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I renovated my kitchen a couple of years ago and it looked fantastic. Unfortunately, the plumber did a terrible job on my new kitchen sink plumbing leaving the water to back up in both sinks consistently every single day. Spouse kept trying to unplug the drain with chemical solutions, snaking the drain, natural solutions but nothing worked. I finally called in "a real plumber", Sergey from Tornado Plumbing and he was amazing. Looked at my sink, looked at the plumbing and immediately diagnosed the problem. He had the parts with him to make the repair and, two years later, I finally have a kitchen sink that drains! Sergey was very professional, clean, on time and knew what to do. I also had a small problem with the toilet in my powder room and asked if he could take a look since he was there. He took a look, ran out and got the parts and fixed the toilet problem as well. Couldn't be happier with the service and price was very fair. Thank you Sergey!!

After several years of checking out numerous kitchen cabinet companies, we finally settled on Florentine Kitchens. Their work is beautiful with excellent craftsmanship and the kitchen looks stunning!! Every time I had a change to my "final" design plans, they always accomodated my requests and built a fabulous kitchen. They took painstaking detail to make my kitchen look amazing and every little thing I brought up they took care of immediately. I highly recommend this company both for workmanship and service!!
