I had Michael and Radar inspect my home a couple of weeks ago. They did locate 3 areas where there was no visible evidence of bed bugs, but Radar alerted. Even though it appeared as though the problem was already under control, Michael gave me some good, solid advice on how to deal with the situation . He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions I had at the time and my additional questions later via email. But, after a couple of weeks I could not stop thinking about the possibility of an infestation as I was still getting bites. Michael and Radar kindly returned for a follow up visit at no charge. Good news, as they found nothing to do with bed bugs on their second visit. I am very grateful for the piece of mind the inspections have brought me. Michael's professionalism and integrity are top notch. He has a level of customer service that is not seen very often anymore.
