HAD A LEACK IN THE THIRD FLOOR APARTMENT.CALLED ARTHUR AND HE CAME THE SAME DAY TO INSPECT. NEXT DAY ROOF WAS REPAIRED, AND NO PROBLEM SINCE. I HAVE USED ARTHUR A FEW TIMES AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VRY SATISFIED.MICHAE

HAD QUOTES FROM 2 OTHER COMPANIES. THEY WERE WAY OFF. DRAINWORKS CAME IN MUCH LESS, AND GOT ME A REBATE FROM THE GOVT. THE WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY.I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WHOLE PACKAGE.
