I've been having such a difficult time with this company replacing a broken and now useless item. When I first signed up with them, they bragged that they had insurance to cover any damaged/broken item. They assured that it wouldn't be a problem to have something replaced if one of their maids broke something. When I called the day after the cleaning to report the broken item, the person on the phone didn't offer an apology nor did he care. He acted like my call was a nuisance to him. I was told the supervisor "Kash" would call me. No call ever came so I called back two days later. Again, I was told "Kash" would call me. I was also told he didn't have a direct phone number. Weeks later and many phone calls later, still no call from "Kash". After doing some online research (which I encourage everyone to do on any company they're planning on using), I found out "Kash" is really "Prakash" and he is the owner, not supervisor. This company and its owner has no integrity nor morals. I strongly advise you to stay away from them.
