I ordered from this company in June 2013. I only received half my order and it was 2 weeks after the original delivery date which was in late July. They tried to deliver it after midnight one night and of course I refused. I then had to wait 2 more weeks for the 2nd half of my order to come in. I went in to the store on a Thursday to find out what was going on and was told that it was in the warehouse and would be delivered on the Monday. The delivery date came and we got a phone call that the couch was stuck in customes. I was confused because I was told it was in their warehouse. I was offered a refund and took it. I am still waiting for my Las Vegas voucher that was suppose to be delivered with my order and I am losing hope that I will get it since the Whitby store is closed during the week and all the phone numbers I have for head office are not answered. I only get a voicemail telling me that the mailbox is full. I have never had such horrible customer service from a company and I will never recommend them.
