When I had my 2.5 year KitchenAid fridge burn out a compressor and had NO help from KitchenAid other than waiting on the phone for hours for a person to answer, Faulkners delivered a fridge for me to use. It took KitchenAid 4 weeks to finally give me a new fridge, with no compensation for the food lost or days lost from work trying to have someone in customer service answer a phone. Faulkner's has great prices and fabulous service!

A few years after buying a chesterfield, I noticed the fabric splitting. I took a cushion back, and they told me there had been a problem with the fabric and to go pick out a new chesterfield! A friend had bought the exact same one, but had not had a problem. She was told that if it did split, just to come in and they would replace it. I call that a great way to keep your customers!
