My five year warranty was about to expire, in about 20 days. I took a broken jet in to inquire about a replacement and the salesperson looked my file up, replaced not only my broken jet but all the other jets, 60 in all. The cost was nil. They even offered to inspect my tub for free. Excellent service and I am happy with the product.
