Rishi's told my mom that it was the pump and put a new one in for her. $500 later and her washing machine is still doing the exact same thing. She called the manufacturer. They implied after inspection that the pump wasn't needed, that the machine isn't worth fixing and that even if the pump was needed, whoever put the pump in overcharged for it.
