I came to Moise with a very custom job - creating bookshelves that would also function as doors. He brought a ton of skill and thought to the job, figuring out how to make them work as both shelves and doors, managing the swinging mechanism, and even finding a way for a hidden door lock which could be opened by pulling down on a book. He came by for multiple visits to fine-tune the work (at no cost) and was invested in making my project work well. My kids love them and they're arguably my favourite part of my house. I would not hesitate to work with him again, and I have recommended him to other friends who want to duplicate his work.

I've used Simon on two different occasions for large-scale interior painting in my house. The first time he painted the vast majority of the interior of a newly-bought house. The second time, he did our baby's room, as well as some minor colour changes throughout the house due to our changing family. In our working with him, we could not have found a nicer guy. He is very diligent and does fantastic work, shows up on time, and all in all is a pleasure to work with. I can't imagine having anyone else paint my house for me in the future.

We had our hot water die on us on a Friday, so we needed to call a company to help us fix it on a weekend. Mr. Rooter sent over Grant Reuston, who was incredibly helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem on a very non-standard shower, advised us on how to get it fixed and the parts that were needed, and fixed it properly. And, when we found that after the work, the shower needed a bit of tweaking, Grant came over again, apologized for the inconvenience and fixed the work at no charge. Grant was very personable and we were happy to have him help.
