They were late getting started, but after that everything went beautifully. Windows by installer were there when they said they would be, were very professional and friendly and completed the work within the time frame they estimated. When there were two minor details that we were not satisfied with, they were quite responsive and corrected them quickly without any objection. Oleg and team were very easy to work with. They were responsive and professional from the estimate, to the measure, to the actual installation. The installation was quick and easy. They showed up on time, touched up the exterior paint on the window casings, cleaned up well, and put the furniture back in place. They used vinyl windows, which I'm very happy with. Overall, I'm very happy with the work.
