First of all, you are forced to sign up and prepay for a package of a minimum 4 cleanings, which cost me approx. $500. When I called to book my second appt, they told me what I paid for was one detailed cleaning. This was outrageous! There was no detailed cleaning and I would never pay that kind of money for a cleaning, detailed or not. When I explained to Mark that I had signed up for a four package cleaning, he said that package was only implemented a week ago. I told him then how would I know such a package even existed if that wasn't what I signed up for. After he put me on hold for a while, he came back and said I was correct. This was the first clue that this company does not operate in good faith and honestly. For all the cleaning appointments, they never showed up on time within their four hour window (!) they give themselves. That's a long time to be waiting around and then they can't even show up within a four hour window! On one occasion, they didn't even show up and didn't call to advise of this. When I called them back, they offered me an extra cleaning free, which shocked me. However, it was quite difficult to actually get that free cleaning b/c initially they denied they offered me this freebie, and then when they "remembered", it took nearly two months for them to find a convenient time to fulfill that cleaning. All in all, the cleanings are below average to average. The worst part of dealing with this company was all the untruths and run arounds. Just stay away!
