I had 2 sets of patio doors installed May 2011 and by March 2012 there was condensation on 2 of the 4 doors. I have been trying since then to have the inserts replaced. We are now going on 18 months of hell with many promises and appointments to repair but nothing. Al is rude and a dishonest crook. My bad for not doing my due diligence.
