Alan and his crew promise everything but deliver slowly, create a big mess as they go and are unreliable. I believe Alan has taken on too many jobs so all customers get poor service, delayed start dates and poor finishes. My kitchen, started over a year ago is still not finished. On the + side, he has great ideas, has reasonable costs, and his guys work very hard and long hours.

Borys is working hard to start a reno business. He has a lot of trade contacts so brings in professionals to do electrical, tiling and wood work. Borys was at the job site the entire time and I have to say his painting and finishing the job was excellent. Give him a chance - you won't regret it.

We needed our upstairs painted which was 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. Kim Rood was very professional and organized. He responded immediately to any and all changes and date requests etc. I did compare them to another company and WOW 1 Day came out a little more expensive but WOW what a difference a day makes! I actually didn't believe that they said they could do it in one day but Kim was right - and they did! There was a tiny miss on one wall and when I let Kim know - he sent 2 guys back exactly when I asked him to and they fixed the error - all good. Thank you WOW 1 DAY!
We always and quickly take responsibility for our mistakes. We wouldn't be able to WOW our clients if we didn't. I know I speak for the whole team when I say it was a pleasure painting your home for your family.
