Terrible company to work with. Carlos and Martin are terrible people. Basically took all our money, dragged our project out over 2 years, never finished, we had to fire them as they stopped showing up... we are out ten's of thousands of dollars. Toronto Clear View Window Cleaning provided prompt service in cleaning out a blocked eavestrough. The rep that was sent was professional, polite and did a great job. This is the second time we have used them... will use again.

Here was our experience with them: We ordered the georgetown line from them, Many items that arrived for our kitchen were damaged, scratched etc... The finish is not durable at all, would easily chip / scratch. Some frames were cracked, doors with defects in them etc... Was like pulling teeth to get them to replace the damaged items. Their installer / owner of the company is a disaster.... They hit an ABS pipe in our wall in 3 places with screws (it was clear where the pipes entered the wall.. they could have avoided this) They scratched our fridge during the install and got PL premium adhesive on it, guy was actually sitting on top of our fridge while installing cabinet above it... not cool. The cabinets were mounted all out of square with eachother.... granite guys were cursing cabinet guys.. they could have shimmed the cabinets... not too hard to use a square is it? The installers dropped stain all over our floor and on the front of some of the cabinet doors while filling / staining small nail holes for the crown molding... They mounted doors opening the wrong way on cabinets beside our sink and did not want to fix the problem. The plywood construction they kept hyping.... yea well.. cheap chinese plywood.. it was already delaminating in a number of places on some of the cabinets. Hinges were cheap and flimsey. There were other problems but Im sure Ive listed enough to get the point. The problems got so out of hand we threatened to sue them, told them to remove all the cabinets and wanted our money back.... fortunately they agreed... the problems were way too evident. So in the end... poorly skilled installer + crappy chinese products = nightmare.... We're in the process of having Lowes install their scheuler line of cabinets. Much better quality... IMO... avoid Lanxin and their products.

Just want to share a recent experience with all of you. We decided to install 600 sq feet of 3/4" red oak hardwood in our home. Originally we were going to go with Vintage hardwood but based on someones recommendations we went and checked out Brampton Hardwood Flooring. We saw their products and based on samples, decided we were going to order St. Lawrence red oak in wine berry, in select or better. Well the sales guy told us we would be wasting our money if we went with select or better in a dark wood and we should save our money and order it in traditional grade... he said the darker color sort of evens out the board color. Okay so we did that... ordered the wood in Traditional grade. We pick it up, let it aclimate for 4 days and start to open the boxes. We knew we were in trouble after spending a whole weekend trying to install the boards and not even finishing a 1/4 of a 300 sq foot room. So many of the boards were cracked, many others had differing widths from one side of the plank to the other making it impossible to install nice a snug with such boards, we had to resort to gauging every single piece. There were still other problems, some boards had a strange finish where the board's grain was popping through the finish and was rough to the touch. So we went and spoke to management at Brampton Hardwood, they came out and saw the wood and blatently blamed us for deciding to buy Traditional grade claiming we should have bought select or better... I was a little irked with this first off because their sales guy convinced us to buy Traditional, but secondly, we bought, traditional... not SALOON grade... which is what I feel the boards would be better suited for... Anyhow, we're at a loss... no one at Brampton Hardwood is willing to help us out so we're more than likely going to cut our losses, pull out all the CRAP Brampton Hardwood sold us, and go with a hardwood with a better reputation for Quality... more than likely Vintage... All we can say is, DON'T try to save with cheaper boards, Id hate to see any of you go through what we did.... save yourself the headaches and buy quality from the get go...
