Steve inspected my home before I purchased it and made me aware of many issues which I would not otherwise have known about or understood. Since the home has a very tight crawl space the job was not that easy or pleasant. His explanations were realistic about the relative importance and potential impact and cost to repair the deficiencies. Based on his clear report, which included photographs of some of the problems, I was able to negotiate a lower price. In the two years since I've been in the home I have not had anything arise that he hadn't already alerted me about. Steve is very well qualified and constantly upgrading his training and certifications.
