Completely satisfied with this service. After problems with a dishwasher that had been incorrectly installed, I paid a plumber and a Sears repairman and dishwasher still required a part. Because the dishwasher had been incorrectly installed in the first place, I was informed that the dishwasher was unsafe to use in its current state. However, Sears would not remove and reinstall a dishwasher that someone else had installed. After getting the necessary part from Sears for the Kenmore dishwasher, I contacted Toronto Appliance Repair. Service was prompt and satisfactory and, after months of washing dishes by hand, I now have a dishwasher that is working.

I recently had a new kitchen installed by a Toronto company that imports Italian cupboards. For the countertops, I received quotes from granite suppliers recommended on this site as well as from two companies recommended by the kitchen suppliers. The quotes differed quite considerably for exactly the same pattern and quality of granite. Tempo Tech's quote was the lowest and, on the basis of the excellent recommendations on this site, I chose them to install the countertops. I am very pleased that I did. There was a delay in the installation of the cupboards with the result that I was left with no kitchen sink for several weeks right before Christmas. Mark came to my rescue and had the countertop measured, cut, and installed five days after the cabinets arrived. Moreover, because the cabinet company had to order an additional panel to complete the kitchen cabinets, there was a small section of the granite countertop that could not be measured and cut until this last panel arrived from Italy. Mark could not have been more accommodating: he made two more trips to my home to give me advice, to measure, and to install the granite. He also was able to fix a dishwasher installation problem for me (well above and beyond the contracted service!) The counter-tops look great and I am pleased to give Mark and Tempo Tech the highest possible recommendation.
