Frank was very professional and did a stellar job. A crack appeared in the bowl of one of the toilets and he was there and had it replaced very quickly no questions asked and no charge. Frank is very knowledgeable and with his suggestions we were able to get the best fixtures for our house.
They grossly overcharged for the service. They dropped a 30 yd bin instead of a 20 yd, which we filled to less than 2 feet but the weight came out to 3.6 T which was probably part due to the rain and they left the bin for several days after it was call for PU. Further to that they tried to drive over the neighbors lawn and chewed it up severely and then parked the bin on the street. I now have to pay additional fees to repair a lawn when they were told up front to put it on the road.
Lorenzo and his crew did an amazing job. With our home being 75 years old they were able to work around all the idiosyncrasies and make the job look great.
We had a flood and called Milini and they arrived right away. Damon was very efficient and helpful. It took a couple of days to complete the job but I felt that the job was done very well and efficiently. Damon explained the job and completed it as discussed. There was no wasted time and I felt I received more value than I paid for.
They were very professional and gave us many options. As we get further into the project they have been great at problem solving. Although the project we originally wanted was way over our budget they came back with a alternative plan we like. They have offered many solutions in materials and finishes to allow us to come in on budget. We feel comfortable with this company especially the owner Ralph.
