Steve, the technician who completed the above job was very efficient, and completed the job as requested. He did a very thorough job and was very good at answering any questions that I had. I certainly would request him for any further plumbing jobs that I might have in the future.

The service technician-Mark B arrived within the time period that was given to me at office. He was very professional-taking time to change into 'indoor shoes' and to explain the mechanics of the furnace and the importance of having clean filters! Very impressed with the service-many thanks!!!!
