Once, i had an issue prior to the overhaul, and they stayed on the phone with me fir 20 minutes telling me to check certain pipes etc. I hope other trades even from different industries, can take their example of work ethnics and customer service

Jim is the original Door guy whisperer. I called the company and specifically requested Jim to come for the service call. He obliviously has other staff though. Anyways, our door is getting on and winching on the bottom sides which is causing certain critters to enter. Well, he fixed the gap problems and enhanced the weather stripping on the virticles as well making the garage warmer, but not stuffy. Great guy, good, and honest. He could have sold me a new door, but we saved mine.

they are knowlable and have good perferred prices. They are helpful and take the time to show you all the designs and options so you are fully aware what you are getting into. I tell everyone to go here and i often go to the Richmond location to pick up handy items like duct tape or water proofing material for a lot cheaper than the the box stores.

They try but they are not fully competent. If you go to the plumbing isle and look for an employee there, you have done well, but good luck in trying to ask him/her any routine questions. They are not skilled personnel and are just giving the company a write off for employee expenses. i would rather go to Rona or heaven forbid home depot before i go to Canadian tire for help .

honest and helpful and thy have common sense. they give the home owner peace of mind. I called them about 2 weeks ago about a querry and vey simply they told me the fix over the phone instead of them having to send a tech over which saved me a service call.
