We had several plumbing problems that were the result of poor workmanship - leaking tub drains, water pipes too close to exterior wall without proper insulation resulting in frozen pipes in winter. Flavio corrected these problems as well as removing the kitchen sink garbage disposal unit. He explained what needed to be done which we found helpful.
