It was shortly after a major storm we had a couple weeks ago...our pipes were frozen and we were have a lot of trouble unthawing them. I called Drain Rescue and the nice lady that answered the phone explained that they would be busy, but they would try and fit me in for an appointment. About an hour and a half later someone showed up and unthawed my frozen pipes. I was very happy with the plumber's demeanor and workmanship. I would definitely advise my friends to use this company.
