Our refrigerator stopped cooling. Consistent with the other reviews, Samson responded promptly, made an accurate diagnosis, came at the time he said he would and called on the way to confirm. He had the right part with him and had the fridge operating and cleaned up in half an hour; no fuss. It was fun meeting Samson and Tina
