Great quality and excellent customer service. I am very happy with everything I have bought from there. Almost everything was already in stock, and the stuff that wasn't was delivered quickly. They don't always have exactly what I want but I would much rather purchase furniture from them than a lot of other stores.
Do not buy from this company. The furniture looks beautiful in the showroom (and I'm pretty happy with mine, minus the lower-than-expected quality), however the salespeople are dishonest and rude. The salesman on the floor told us we could buy the table, two bench chairs, and two regular chairs for a "deal" of $1100 (I believe it was listed at $1500). So we accept and go to the back for payment (you pay through a different person). Suddenly she was charging us $1500 - we told her what the original salesman said and she denied it. She was extremely rude and tried to tell us we were making the price up. I wish I would have stopped the entire deal right there. The original salesman went and hid the entire time we were there. We argued with this woman forever and the whole process took over an hour (ridiculous). Finally we agreed upon the original price (after she made many phone calls and made us stand around). Now, the original salesman had told us everything was in stock. This lady informed nothing was and it would have to be delivered. It took two months to get everything. We actually had to drive and pick up the chairs (at separate times) because they couldn't get organized enough to deliver. The men that delivered the table were great, however. Very helpful and pleasant. I think the quality is a bit lower than I expected. The table is nice but the chairs are "cheap". I DEFINITELY will never shop here again.
The salesperson I worked with was excellent - extremely polite and honest. It was a relief as the company I had dealt with before was not quite so honest about everything. Most of the people I dealt with from Landmark were wonderful and responded to emails/phone calls promptly. No complaints about the house itself, everything was finished when I moved in and it has been great since. My neighbors, however, were not so lucky and are still waiting for quite a few things to be completed. The main issue I have is the landscaping. I bought the house last year and was told landscaping would be completed in the summer - it has not (same with my neighbors). I guess I find it pretty pathetic that they could not get organized enough to complete our landscaping over the 5 warmish months we had. I'm also surprised they find it acceptable and professional to leave someone's house incomplete. I would not recommend them to others. As I stated I am very satisfied with the house itself, however, I believe I am lucky in my neighborhood as many of the other homes are still unfinished. I really think this shows a lack of professionalism.
