Finding good quality ceiling fans is a challenge but Pine Lighting has a wonderful selection you can browse online. Excellent service in store, very friendly. Still resolving one issue but it's complicated so doesn't seriously affect my review.
Kevin was professional and very pleasant and friendly. He and Bob spent seven days at our house first pressure washing, and once dry again scraping, priming where needed, repairing, and then painting. The job included a brick chimney and brick planter, a second-floor deck with stairs, two sheds, and the house and carport. He cleaned up as he went, including several buckets of paint chips from the prep work, and cleaned out the gutters of chips as well. Laid tarps where useful to protect the grass and concrete. He always told us when to expect him, and showed up promptly. He let us know about three weeks before our job came up in the queue (exterior painting being very weather dependent) so we had time to clean out the carport, etc. Kevin and Bob are an awesome team and obviously like what they do. (Great smiles, no yelling.) House looks brand new, and it was built in the 60s. Awed.
Bartlett gave us an estimate broken down into specific jobs, and verbally gave us information on our trees and bushes and weed plants during the estimate visit. The two tree techs who came out were prompt and went above and beyond in getting down a widow-maker in a Douglas Fir. Cleaned up afterwards perfectly, too. Definitely recommend these people.
