DO NOT CHOOSE EXCEL!! WHEN YOU FIRST ENTER THE STORE, IT LOOKS IMPRESSIVE, BUT I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONCE I PAID EXCEL FOR THE PRODUCT (I SPENT A LOT OF $$$$), I NO LONGER EXISTED TO THEM. I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY TO FIX THE PROBLEMS I ENDURED WITH EXCEL. I AM NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED WITH THEM. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO THE CONSUMER; A QUALITY THAT EXCEL DOES NOT HAVE.
