After many years of clutz-free computing, I managed to drop my 17" Apple Powerbook twice in one week, cracking the screen and damaging my wireless connection. Estimates from Apple went well over $1,000, which just didn't make sense given the cost of new computers. MO managed to get me a replacement screen at a fraction of the cost, installed it, and fixed my wireless connection (which turned out to be a couple of loose wires) at the same visit to my place. My computer is back online, feeling fine - and at a fraction of the cost. It took a little bit of back and forth to confirm an appointment, but otherwise everything was flawless.
