Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator with IQ-Touch™ Controls - all the plastics on the front door and the freezer door started chipping from day one. Ice maker did not produce ice from day one. 30" Electric Built-In Range with IQ-Touch™ Controls - the top controllers are not practically placed and functionality is being compromised over time, due to the poor design. As a new customer you hardly pay attention to those details. I still do not have the issues resolved. I have had mainly negative experience with the aftersales relationship with Tasco. They sold me the extended warranty for all my appliances, however they seem to NOT document properly all the associated service calls and it appears as we had never reported the issue. I got to know by name many of their technicians, as they are servicing my appliances too often and issues are not resolved. ELECTROLUX is not backing up their products at this point at all, but trying to get someone else fix the issue. Tasco is sending me to ELECTROLUX for some of the issues. I am in limbo between the two companies. Comerco is the new service provider since 2012 for Tasco, but they have no information on my file from before this, so all service calls are missing from my file. I have no idea who can help since everyone is trying to blame the other company.
