Our problem was a basement foundation leak which suddenly appeared with all of the winter rains. There was some urgency in getting this leak fixed as we were putting the house on the market. Brad proved extremely flexible in making himself available for which we were very grateful. His services were fairly priced and the job received compliments from the drywaller contracted to undertake the final stage of repair. We would have no hesitation in recommending Brad for any similar basement leakage problem. He is personable and a real pro - thank you buddy!

Will was dispatched to undertake the contracted work which he did in a totally satisfactory and professional manner. He also hooked up the new hoses in readiness for the new washing machine set for delivery. I learned that the previous repairs and installation on this plumbing system had been done in a way that compromised the integrity of the copper tubing leaving it unstable. Will ensured that the setup was more solid than when he arrived. He also dealt with a loose kitchen faucet saving a a call to Moen for a cartridge replacement. We would definitely recommend this company and is on our call list for any future plumbing issues.

We have used the services of this company twice previously with total satisfaction. So this was our go to repair service and this time we met Ravi who quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, due to the age of the machine, he was unable to source the necessary part despite going the extra mile. I was able to successfully guess, with the help of Mr Google, that the lid switch on our Kenmore washing machine had failed. We had used Rick for a repair to the companion dryer last year so he was our go to guy. We were not sure if he was in COVID-19 lock-down but happily for us he was on another job and able to fit us in next. He alerted us as to his estimated arrival time and, with appropriate social distancing, was able to quickly replace the switch and make the washer load ready for my wife to pick up where she left off. BTW Rick, the lemon in hot water cure has been roundly debunked!

We chose Rick Appliance Repair on the basis of recent favourable reviews on HomeStars. I booked an appointment on line on Sunday evening and received a response in a short time frame. Rick was able to accommodate us late Monday and we were kept apprised of his expected ETA. He let us know beforehand his charge for a service call. After an inspection of the appliance and after a diagnostic test, he was able to determine the prime cause of the failure and that thankfully turned out to be the single point of failure. He gave us some tips on how to prevent a recurrence and even inspected the outside vent to check for air flow. He left the house with the machine operating normally again and with two very satisfied customers. We would definitely use his services again should any of our other appliances fail.

We have been very happy with the conscientiousness and level of service provided by hometurf lawn care providers. The report left at the end of each service call is useful in addressing any measures that we need to take between visits. Of course positive feedback is always welcome [ if warranted of course]. We intend to renew next fall for the coming year. Where friends neighbors have inquired as to our level of satisfaction, we can honestly say that we are very pleased to recommend this company based on our several years now of service.

The two man crew [sorry – forget the names] arrived as arranged with the basket and chipper. Despite working under adverse conditions [a hysterical neighbour called the police to complain], the tree pruning and clean-up was completed with first class professionalism. Both men were highly knowledgeable and I would be pleased to recommend this tree service. This is the one that we will call for our next job.
