Megacity provided a solid 5x6.5 concrete pad for our backyard sauna to sit on. The workers were friendly and knowledgable and tidied up very well. Correspondence with the company was always fast and courteous and their price very fair. I would use them again for sure, thanks much!

Due to good reviews and an estimate that was in line with others, we decided to choose Sam at RenoWow for out small basement bathroom renovation. However the treatment we received from him was what makes us rate this company low. We found he did often did not listen to what we wanted, and when we questioned some parts of the quality of work, he became argumentative and defensive. The concerns were uneven grouting for a large number of the tiles, protruding tiles, cracks in caulking around sink/shower, and uneven painting. I was called "nit-picky and nickel and diming" both in person and in an email, which is unprofessional and condescending. We can certainly understand and accept some errors in a project like this, but in the end our concerns were about the quality of work and the poor treatment of us as customers. I would not recommend this company.

Working with Marc and Jill was seamless. Marc came to the house to do all the measurements for our custom closet and desk area jobs, and was efficient and kind, I felt comfortable with him in my home. Though the wait time for them to do our job was longer than other quotes, I liked Marc's design ideas, how quick he was with sending updated designs, and I wanted to support a smaller company. I am so glad I did. The workers came on the designated day and worked incredibly efficiently. One of the installers noticed a small ding on the inside of a door and we were informed a new door would be ordered. That attention to detail impressed both my spouse and I. There were a few delays due to Covid shortages, but nothing major and the company kept us in the loop. Though I did not meet Jill, she was prompt in replying to my emails and friendly. I would highly recommend Tailored Living for any organizational need!

Friendly, punctual and efficient! Basil was superb, he answered all my questions patiently and had a warm, genuine nature. He arrived right on time and left the space clean and orderly. He upgraded old plugs and installed new dimmers and the price was very fair. Happy to say I have found my new electrician for all future electrical needs! Highly recommend.

Jeff showed up during the allotted time and was friendly and responsive to all my questions. He explained the problem of the leaking faucet in detail and gave two options for repair. He completed the faucet replacement in good time and was clean and respectful of my home. The price was neither cheap nor expensive, about middle of the road of what I would expect. I would definitely use his company again in the future.

Mike was excellent to work with! He took the time to explain to us the extent of work he and his crew did and patiently answered my many questions. He was great at keeping in touch and his quote was competitive to others. I also have to give a shout out to his crew, as they were friendly, courteous and polite. I was happy to see how thorough they were with the clean up of our space as well as anything that fell into our neighbour's yard. We had to get a ton of old insulation out of the attic space as well as the roof done, and Mike had someone in to do that the same day. When we had a few concerns about the finishing of parts of the roof, Mike came as soon as he could, with crew in tow, and neatened up everything with total professionalism. We are very happy with the finished project and would highly recommend Quality First!

Yaron was excellent to work with. We had a long drain pipe running down the addition of our home that was clogged, and Yaron came on a chilly Sunday to check it out. He unhooked the drain and was very thorough with his work. He explained everything he was doing and let me check out the quality of his work. He was friendly and courteous and I can't recommend him enough. I would certainly call him with any future issues with our eaves!

Copacetic was recommended by a family member who had them do some cabinet work. My spouse and I have a small home with a unique wall space that we needed a custom piece for. Spencer came by to do measurements and was very thorough. He came up with at least 5 design variations for us to choose from and was patient and detailed in his responses to our many, many questions. We are newbies when it comes to custom furniture but Spencer was excellent at explaining what was involved. We had a fairly tight budget, but ended up going slightly over when we saw his fantastic final design, which hit all of our must haves in a stylish, modern way. We knew it would be the "wow" piece that our living room deserved. It was installed last night by Jay, who was very kind and respectful of our home, and we were blown away by the final product. The craftmanship is excellent, and we are proud to have it in our home. Thank you to everyone involved!

We heard (or rather, our cat did), mice in the walls this fall, and called GTA Wildlife. Kevin came in good time and did a check for any mice evidence. He strategically placed traps in safe places the cat would never get to, and was very careful. Kevin had to come back about a month later for more investigation, and left traps on our porch a third time. The problem has been fixed and we no longer have a distressed cat! One thing that stood out is how Kevin would answer calls no matter what he was doing, whether exploring the attic in his max or drilling access holes in the wall. He was always patient with others on the phone while still performing his work carefully in my home. I was impressed with attention to others.

Trevor and his assistant were excellent and I would highly recommend their services.. They were very professional: they showed up on time, cleaned up after each day and got the job done in the time frame specified. I was also very pleased with the top-quality of the sod they sourced, as well as the beautiful cedar for the fence. Trevor answered all of my questions thoughtfully and was good at giving me a few options to choose from in terms of garden shaping, fence design and pathway stones, and always in a respectful, friendly manner. Now we are proud owners of a lovely backyard that we spend many hours enjoying, thanks to Little Landscapes!
