WORST COMPANY EVER. Customer Service is the worst. Lost item on a cross country move with no way to track it. UPS can track an envelope around the world but these guys can't track an entire truck load.Their attitude is lets wait and see if it shows up. They settle at 60 cents a pound but STILL CHARGE you the delivery on the lost weight. The claims settlement is a JOKE, no way to insure individual items so any loss is divided by the total weight. They "weigh" your shipment without you present so no way to verify and they charge you for a re-weight, but you can't be there for that either. The manager Anita is a JOKE, total incompetence ..... AVOID AT ALL COSTS
