An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Yuri was recommended to us by a friend as a top professional home inspector. Although his fees were much higher than other inspectors we decided to go with him. Yuri spent more than 3 hours in the house inspecting everything from basement to the roof, and at the same time explaining all his findings to us. His report was also very detailed and educational. After we moved in we noticed few stains on the ceiling of the second floor. We called Yuri and he came to us the same day. He climbed on the roof, inspected the attic area, measured moisture and determined that the stains were dry and the roof was not leaking. But he found that the problem was with clogged gutters that needed to be cleaned. That was also noted in the report but we did not think that it may be just such a big issue. Anyways we were extremely happy with Yuri's service, his knowledge and most importantly his attitude. His service worth every penny and we highly recommend him to everyone.
