Patrick & his workers arrived when they were scheduled to show up. They explained their cleaning methods on the first visit and said if we noticed any streaks or anything missed to let them know. We preferred their no-water window cleaning to having our windows sprayed with a hose. They were very careful with my flower beds and did a great job. This year was our second time hiring them and we plan to use their services on a regular basis.

Country Hearth installed our geothermal system and have been great very efficient when servicing it on an annual basis. We compared several companies and chose Country Hearth because of their knowledge, their method of explaining the system to a layperson and the overall cost. The salesperson was pleasant, not pushy and explained the grants available and how to apply for them. The system has been problem-free and energy-efficient. They are helpful with any questions we have and answer their messages very quickly.

A great job. The two fellows came on time, did the work, cleaned up and were very helpful answering any questions we had. The door looks great. The clear glass makes our room look larger.
