We needed a faulty dishwasher unhooked and the replacement dishwasher hooked up. After having several frustrating, unhappy dealings with the appliance dealer and the manufacturer to arrange for the replacement machine, we were fortunate to find Nick to do the work. He was courteous, professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

After shortlisting 3 vendors using HomeStars, we selected Massimo's company for the interior painting of our two storey house, and for replacing our broadloom with hardwood floors. Overall, we're very pleased with the result. The work was done on time and was of good quality. Two bits of advice: First, be patient with Massimo. He's a great guy but doesn't have the smoothest people skills. Second, if using him for painting, clarify with him how you want problems they might find with the walls dealt with. In our case, his painters did a great job, but there was one instance where a wall was poorly finished by the original builder -- if we'd known about it earlier we would have paid to have them repair the wall before painting it. Our overall take is that Massimo is professional, conscientous and knowledgeable. We would certainly recommend him to our family and friends.
