The furnace at the home I just bought was not working, on the coldest night of the year (-23). Central Heating dispatched a technician (Dennis) who arrived exactly he promised, fixed the problem and didn't try to get me into buying any expensive part. He was very curteous too. Job done promptly, happy customer.
Very good windows and service from Casa Bella !
I was initially impressed with the their sales: Dan was very helpful, went through a couple of scenarios with me and gave me the quotes without any pressure - unlike many other sales guys I had over. We did a lot of communication over emails, which was very convenient for me. The installation was also a very good experience, event though it was in the middle of winter on a very cold day. Courteous people, good work. Almost a year on, no problems and the windows look great. I''m a customer for life.
