I found Windows by Installer through online and was pleased to have a great experience with them from start to finish. Oleg called me back promptly after receiving my online inquiry and was quick to get a quote back to me and answer my subsequent questions. The installation was on the 4 week end of the 4-6 week turnaround time estimate, which I was thrilled about. The team all showed up early for the job and they got the entire house done in less than 4 hours. Oleg is extremely professional and clearly sets a good example for the crew, as they were all very professional as well. I contacted 6-8 companies for window estimates, most of which I found through the yellow pages. I was disappointed that a couple of highly rated people never responded to me. I suspect it was because I listed 'storm windows' as the job. It sounds like small potatoes before you learn that we have an entire house to renovate. We will definitely be calling Oleg back to bid on our upcoming renovation.
