An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I just had my roof replaced by National Star Roofing. The crew led by Alex and Sokol did an excellent job, which was way far more than I expected. With quality and safety in the crew's minds, they worked very hard, met every schedule I desired and put the exact materials as indicated in the contract. As soon as the crew started the job on my property, first they covered the drive way with their cover sheet. Especially I have an air conditioning unit, and Alex covered it to prevent any falling objects from damaging it. After the job was done, they invited me to inspect their performance, cleaned the yard and used magnetic tools to detect any left nails and other debris. They not only did on my yard, they also did the same check on each side of my neighbor's yard. They are so unique and responsible. They care quality and do the job like on their own property. In addition, their price was also reasonable. I am extremely satisfied with the job done by them. I highly recommend that any one who needs his or her roof done, please do not miss the opportunity and come to them without a hesitation. Although we are very careful during the work, there is still a chance of debris falling from the roof, therefore we make sure we cover any delicate objects.
